It could have been quicker in mailing, but good speed nonetheless. Product was in great condition.

All-in one, explains the whole enchilada. Great for students
Kleppner is the one name I think when I'm in a doubt regarding any stage of the advertising procedure. The book is not extremely intensive, but explains in a precise way each stage. It might be too USA oriented, but works fine for international students. Surely a must in every student's library.

This is a good book and it has a number of great ideas and I learned a lot reading it. But,I'd like to see more detail on those ideas. For example, the books talks about the right way to set up adgroups, but doesn't talk about the logic behind grouping keywords.

It really rock's even if it's a promotional material
It's incredible, but I never could imagine, that I will give 5 stars to book, that makes advertising of authors book. br /But it's really rocks! There is a numerous new insights, and a-ha moments in. After a more than 5 years in PPC and SEM in general i found this book short, juicy and lot of gems rich. It's really, a good surprise.

Worth the purchase - For the experienced ADWORDS expert
Because of this book, we have altered the way we sell our PPC product. Not knowing this information can be fatal to your long term goals. I only wish it could have been a little thicker.

Technology simplified
Found out about Richard Stokes from Perry Marshall. Amazing break down of what to do to be in control of my Adwords campaign. Neat little tricks and ways to save money. Technical but understandable. I'm seeing competitors' ads falling away because they apparently haven't read this book.

Great book for those who are advertisers
It's a great book for those who are advertisers or students who are studying advertising. The book is filled with colorful ads that help defend what the text is saying. It is very resourceful and beneficial in all aspects of advertising, from print ads and campaigns to television and radio commercial spots. I recommend it.

I have had much success with this book. My professor is the editor of a widely read prestigious magazine, and she truly believes in this text. Our class has welcomed many guest speakers in the fields of Advertising, PR, and Design who all reviewed this text and found its contents to support what they practice in their professional work. br /It does have some content that is slightly outdated, but with such rapid upgrades in software, this is expected. This will be one book from college I will not likely sell back!

I agree that this book will be out of date soon but it is nice to see where this type of advertising started. Many of these were the first of it's kind and truly innovative. Nice, large photos with some explanations. I think it is a good book to keep on your bookshelf as a reference.

f you want to become a master at marketing this is one of the books that you must have in your collection. Its very easy to understand because Joseph Sugarman tells you how to do it and gives you an example to make sure you understand. This book can be applied to marketing any type of business online and offline. He covers all areas in advertising from small businesses to big businesses.

Adweek Copywriting Handbook is the updated version of Advertising Secrets Book
I ordered Advertising Secrets from our state library system because it is out of print and I didn't want to spend the high prices from the resellers. When I received it, I realized it is an exact copy of The Adweek Copywriting Handbook by Joseph Sugarman which IS in print and is sold for about $39 here at Amazon. The "Adweek" version is word for word the same except for a slight mention of the internet to update the book and a change of title. So don't waste your money trying to get the out of print version. Just go to The Adweek Copywriting Handbook and you'll have a replica of "Advertising Secrets".
